1. Overview
At Aussiefit Nutrition, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the ACL.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We may accept returns for change of mind at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:
- Request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Product is in resaleable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A restocking fee may apply
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements with the exception of “Don’t Like Taste or Performance”: If you don't like the taste or performance of your new product for any reason, simply return your opened product with 7 servings or less used to our online warehouse, and we will happily exchange it or apply a store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please note: This policy does not apply to products purchased on clearance or sale. Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless they are deemed faulty.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (not what you ordered)
Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at

Include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
We will assess your claim and, where required under the ACL, provide:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
5. Consumer Guarantees (ACL)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank/provider)
7. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email sales@aussiefitnutrition.com
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Send the item to the provided return address
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
8. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty or incorrect)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the returns process outlined above.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:
- Results are not guaranteed
- Outcomes will differ between individuals
This clause does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Allergy & Ingredient Responsibility
It is your responsibility to review all product ingredients and nutritional information prior to purchase and consumption.
Aussiefit Nutrition is not liable for adverse reactions where:
- Ingredient information was clearly provided
- The product was used contrary to directions or warnings
We strongly recommend that you:
- Check ingredient lists carefully
- Consult a healthcare professional if you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions
If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees relating to product safety and acceptable quality.
13. Use of Products
Our products are intended for use by healthy adults only unless otherwise stated.
They should not be used:
- As a substitute for a balanced diet
- By individuals with medical conditions without professional advice
